🌳 Located at the top of a hill in Pyeongchang-dong, surrounded by beautiful houses and offering a view of Bukhansan Mountain, Cafe The Piano awaits you. To get there, you must climb a steep hill all the way to the top.
🌲 While the interior of the cafe was quite ordinary, stepping outside revealed a picturesque setting with chairs and tables placed in front of natural rocks and a stream of water that had gathered naturally—perfect for taking stunning photos.
🌳 Carefully climbing the stone steps led to outdoor tables on the mountain and a rooftop area above the building where you could lie down and relax.
🌲 The outdoor space, where you can enjoy tea while overlooking the mountain below, was refreshing with a great view. The scenery of Bukhansan Mountain was truly captivating.
🌳 The drink prices were shockingly high—almost double those of other cafes. It seems the cost is due to the effort required to bring ingredients up the mountain.
🌲 There weren’t many indoor tables, and most seating was outdoors. When asked about winter, they mentioned that even in early winter with snow, many people still visit. However, the cafe remains closed during the peak of winter and reopens in spring.
🌳 Although the climb was challenging, the stunning scenery and the sight of water flowing over the rocks made it worthwhile. However, I couldn’t help but worry about the journey back down.
