Jongno Public Library: A Great Spot to Visit During Cherry Blossom Season

Jongno Public Library is located in Samcheong-dong. It used to be the old Gyeonggi High School but now serves as a library.

Although it might seem unusual to have a library in the middle of a tourist area, it is actually a hidden gem for cherry blossoms. The scenery is beautiful both during the day and at night.

Parking is available, but on weekends, there might be a queue of cars waiting. It’s recommended to come via Anguk Station and walk to the library. You can enjoy a pleasant stroll and sit in the courtyard to admire the cherry blossoms. It’s also a great spot for a date.

I highly recommend visiting Jongno Public Library. Grab a cup of coffee and take a walk around the courtyard. There’s no entrance fee.
