Park Hyatt Seoul's The Lounge White Strawberry Afternoon Tea

Last season, I happened to get the first window seat with a view of COEX, but this time, I was seated at the third window seat, which is considered the best spot.

I once had afternoon tea at Park Hyatt Tokyo in Japan with a solo reservation. The lounge there was on the 50th floor, facing the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building.

From the window seat I got this time, I could catch a glimpse of the swimming pool through the glass. The hotel's pool is also located on the top floor, and the reception is on the same 24th floor.

The set includes two drinks. A welcome drink is offered as a cocktail, with options for alcoholic or non-alcoholic versions. Additionally, you can choose one drink from coffee, tea, or specialty beverages. The setup is similar to my first visit, where they served Christmas cookies.

This time, you can select one of 12 strawberry chocolates. This event is reminiscent of similar patterns I’ve seen at Aman Tokyo, Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, and St. Regis Osaka.

While the chocolates could be included on the tray, this event-like element maximizes the experience, leading to greater satisfaction and delight for the guests.

The fruit platter, which includes snow strawberries, and scones occupy one tier. There's also the fun of dipping them into white chocolate fondue. The next tier features four savory items, crafted with simplicity and precision.

Each savory item is about the size of a thumb, but they deliver clean and refined flavors. Despite their small size, they are packed with taste, fulfilling their role perfectly.

The sweets section, excluding the ornament snowman, consists of five items. They exude a strong Christmas vibe, making them visually delightful.

The creams are quite stable, and my satisfaction has increased compared to my first visit. As I sat down that day, it started snowing—a lucky moment. Thank you.
