Every summer, the shroud of bamboo and trees provides a haven for numerous nationally protected birds, including egrets, yellow cranes, white cranes, turtledoves, and wild geese, to nest and breed. During the Huangcuo period, thousands of migratory birds, particularly egrets and white cranes, perch in the treetops, their melodious calls and diverse gestures creating a truly spectacular sight.

Xianzhu Temple
A temple was built to worship Liu Bei. The temple fair is held from the 20th to the 22nd day of the first lunar month every year. During the temple fair, pilgrims from all over Sichuan gather here, and song and dance troupes and circuses from all over the country come here to perform. The entire temple is several miles in radius, with people coming and going, and traffic, creating a prosperous and lively scene.
