Itaewon vegan bakery PANHONESTA

I had bingsu at Vagan Bakery Shop in Itaewon, Korea.
The corn bingsu is only available for two weeks and costs 21,000 won. They also have pistachio and limited-time peach flavors. Check their Instagram for details.

They open at 12:00 PM. Since it was a Korean national holiday, I arrived before opening and lined up by myself, but no one showed up.

I bought it at the kiosk, waited upstairs, and picked it up when the bell rang. It was delicious. The sauce had a strong salty corn flavor. It was gelato, not ice cream. I think it was oatmeal.

A few customers came in, and everyone shared it with someone else. I was alone, but it took me an hour to finish it. It was delicious.
