Jiangwan Scenic Area is located in the northeastern part of Wuyuan County, Jiangxi Province, near Shangrao City. It is an ancient village rich in Huizhou culture. The village still preserves a large number of ancient Huizhou-style buildings, including Sansheng Hall, Dunchong Hall, Peixin Hall, and the Teng Family Old House, as well as scenic spots such as the Xiaojiang Ancestral Hall, the Jiangyong Memorial Hall, the Nanguan Pavilion, and the Beidou Qixing Well. The renowned Xiaojiang Ancestral Hall, once hailed as the "best" of the seventy renowned ancestral halls in Jiangnan, is considered one of the four great ancient structures in Wuyuan. Its grand scale, magnificent architecture, intricate carvings, rich cultural heritage, and rich history embody a royal grandeur.

In order to showcase the cultural characteristics of Wuyuan, Jiangwan Scenic Area has newly built attractions such as the Hundred Craftsmen's Workshop, the Drum and Blowing Hall, and the Commune Canteen, allowing tourists to experience the traditional skills of old handicraftsmen and watch traditional dramas such as Hui Opera and Wuyuan folk songs, which are of great historical and ornamental value.
