Visiting Sejong Center for the Performing Arts

That evening, I was captivated by the music and lights of Phantom of the Opera on Sejong Center's grand stage. When the curtains were drawn, I retreated to Artisee, a cafe on the ground floor, to enjoy a cup of tea before strolling through the small market in front of the theater. There was a warm "behind the curtain" and a street of local food waiting for me to recharge. This evening, unbeknownst to me, was a day where art was drawing me closer to my heart. 🩷🎶
Sejong Center for the Performing Arts is Seoul's largest cultural center, established in 1978. The melodious sounds of opera, combined with elegant and modern architectural elements, weaved together in the silence of the night, unconsciously touching my heart.
With The Grand Theater, M-Theater, the Arts Forum, and the new Gwang Hwa Moon Gallery, I could walk and whisper my feelings to the art without interruption.
After the grand performance, I stopped at Artisee, a casual cafe within the center (located on the first floor in the Sejong Lounge). The quiet, relaxed atmosphere allowed me to "breathe again."
