"Park 1903" is located within the Dianchi National Resort, between Dianchi Road and Guangfu Road, facing Qianwei West Road to the east. It covers approximately 1,500 mu (approximately 1,500 acres). With cultural elements as its primary focus, "Park 1903" encompasses approximately 900 mu (approximately 1,500 acres) of land, including residential areas, urban open landscape, commercial, cultural and entertainment, office, and school spaces, creating a new urban open space. The project includes an urban open park, a renowned film school, a retro hotel, a kindergarten, iconic buildings, a large-scale urban sculpture, and a 3.2-kilometer train line.

The large children's park, "Dream Commonwealth Park," located in Park 1903, opened on April 28, 2017. It encompasses a 20,000-square-meter indoor park, a 50,000-square-meter outdoor park, and a 6,000-square-meter children's mall. The indoor park is among the top five in China, offering 52 attractions and 38 children's retail, dining, and entertainment brands.
