The pork cutlets are freshly fried, super crispy, and flavorful. The cheese donkatsu comes with gooey, rich cheese inside that pairs perfectly with the crunchy coating. Their special house-made sauce also stands out — slightly tangy and sweet, unlike the usual donkatsu sauce.
