I visited "Io Sukiyaki Seongsu Branch," a sukiyaki restaurant in Seongsu-dong.
✔️As soon as I entered, I was struck by the charming decor and warm atmosphere. It felt like I was in Japan, which was a great experience.
✔️Each ingredient was fresh, and the generous portion of vegetables and mushrooms made it especially enjoyable to eat. They lightly sautéed the meat in butter before pouring the broth, which gave the meat and vegetables a much deeper, richer flavor. The broth blended perfectly with the meat, making every bite burst with flavor.
