Pullman Hotel: A Memorable Family Stay

My family and I spent nearly a month at Pullman Hotel in a serviced apartment, and it was a genuinely terrific experience. The hotel's ideal location right by the Al Safa Metro Station made getting around Dubai very convenient. From the very first day, the staff was polite, friendly, and consistently helpful. Despite encountering a few minor problems initially—like AC cooling and bathroom leaks—the team acted quickly and handled everything efficiently. A major highlight for us was the breakfast experience. Being Jains with specific dietary needs, we were thrilled that the breakfast team, especially Perry and others, took extra steps to provide us with suitable and tasty options daily. Their meticulous care made us feel truly appreciated. The gym and pool facilities were excellent, well-kept, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a tiring day. Having access to such amenities during an extended stay was wonderful. What really touched us was the thoughtful celebration of my son's birthday towards the end of our stay. The staff surprised us with a lovely gesture that added a special touch and left us with wonderful memories. Living in a hotel for a month can be tough, but Pullman felt just like home. We have no major complaints and only heartfelt memories. Strongly recommended for families and extended stays!
