・February–May & September–October: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
・June–August: 9:00 AM–6:30 PM
・November–January: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
*Closed on Mondays. Tickets are sold until 1 hour before closing.

・General Area: 3,000 won for adults
・Huwon Area: 5,000 won for adults (guided tour reservation required)
