MMCA-National Museum of Contemporary Art

MMCA-National Museum of Contemporary Art, Deoksugung - I was visiting Deoksugung Palace when the imposing building with its ancient architecture and a small fountain and garden In front of it caught my attention.

A number of galleries showing historical/retrospective, blockbuster, and traveling exhibitions. You will need about 2-3 hours exploring all the displays and truly enjoy your visit.

Also, they had a light show that was really cool and only lasted about five minutes. The Neo-Classical building of the museum was built in 1909 and it is located within the Deoksugung park so you can also walk around the building as it is very beautiful from outside as well.
