Until a few years ago, Sosunglagil, the street along the stone wall west of Jongmyo Shrine, was quiet, with only a few trendy restaurants and cafes.
Now it's a popular spot, with new shops popping up.
One of them is the Sosunglagil Hanok Cafe.
The interior is new and beautiful, with a lovely amber hues, creating a wonderful atmosphere.
The stone wall of Jongmyo Shrine is right in front of me.
I ordered an Einspänner. The portions were generous, which was nice.
There was a wide selection of cakes and other items.
There were also plenty of charging outlets, which was very helpful.

Jongno 3-ga Station, Exit 7. Turn left when you reach the stone wall of the Jongmyo Shrine. Walk a short distance and it will be on your left.
