A Tropical Escape in the City
Who knew you could travel the world's climates without leaving Seoul? The indoor Botanic Garden masterfully recreates the plant cultures of 12 global cities, from the lush rainforests of Hanoi to the arid landscapes of Barcelona. The tropical area was my favorite, dense with ferns, vines, and even a little waterfall, completely immersing you in a humid, jungle environment. The arid section, with its enormous cacti and succulents set against sun-baked rock formations, felt incredibly aesthetic and photogenic. It’s a fantastic way to experience biodiversity—seeing a tiny baby banana growing on a tree was a highlight! This is a genuine and accessible slice of exotic nature right in the middle of urban Seoul.
