Flavorful Noodles in an Unexpected Place

Geumsan Noodle Factory is featured in the Michelin guide and offers you one item on the menu, which you can customize: dandan noodles. For a small fee you can choose to add certain items such as more spring onions, malasauce, soft boiled egg, etc.
The noodles are very chewy and the peanut sauce and spicy chili sauce blend to create a burst of flavor which leaves you wanting more. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something bold and tasty.
The store itself is quite small so if there's many people, do expect a wait. Also, there isn't much indication of this shop so make sure you pull out your map apps to find it.
