Quite not sure whether should I call this dish as a Scottish one just because of the name or from its origin to be called as British. Scotch eggs 🍳 also got their name from its making process of 'scotching'. Situated in the heart of Jingan, it has nice outdoor seating 🪑 which is quite suited on a non-windy day. The process of making need some time and patience. First boil two eggs and save another two for mixing up and making the patty stick together when deep frying🫕. It needs pork sausage along with corn flakes mashed up to form the outer layer. Then cover the eggs using this and dip in egg then to flour for a crispy outer layer. It is a perfect morning breakfast, well you gotta prepare overnight then 😛 #shanghailife
