Heights adventure and obstacles. try out the adventure course at the north bund. It has four tiers of difficultly and is super fun for the whole family.

For the more adventitious try the fourth tier straight at the top, and for the more cautious stick to the first level.

Check-out the side at the top of the park. they also have a huge swing that fits to people and wild enough to really make you scream.

Some of the obstacles can be quite hard so I would advise brining workout gear and stretch before hand, because it is quite a work out.

The harness system is super safe and there are professionals on each level to help you out if you get stuck.

All in all this is great for team building or just to hang out with friends. I would highly advise to go check this out when in Shanghai!!
