|CIFI's Landmark (1444). CIFI's Landmark, designed by the 2008 Pritzker Architecture Prize winner, French architect Jean Nouvel, is his first work in China, located in the Xintiandi business district in the central city of Shanghai, surrounded by the historic Madang Road, Jianguo East Road and Danshui Road, it is a commercial complex that integrates diverse future offices, MIX trendy luxury business and urban public spaces.
CIFI's Landmark continues the cultural foundation of Xintiandi, integrates light and shadow and natural elements, uses collision techniques such as red and green, inside and outside, new and old, the inner street uses bold Danxia red, creating a huge collection-level art building, panoramic skylight roof, making it possible to bask in the sun during the day and watch the stars at night, it not only provides shelter for the street, but also introduces natural light, making the space more transparent and unique, about 2500 flower pots of vertical greening, constitute a rare green facade in Shanghai, with the change of the four seasons, the color of the building facade also changes.
