Jing'an Temple is located at the intersection of Nanjing West Road and Huashan Road in Jing'an District, Shanghai. It was originally called Hutao Chongyuan Temple. It was built in the 10th year of Chiwu in the Eastern Wu Dynasty during the Three Kingdoms Period (247 AD). It has a long history of more than a thousand years and is one of the earliest temples in Shanghai.
The exterior of Jing'an Temple is modeled after the Tang Dynasty architectural style, with exquisite carvings and exquisite materials.
Jing'an Temple has long been committed to social welfare, promoting the spirit of Chinese Buddhism, and its enthusiasm for public welfare, dedication to love, and its sentiments of helping the poor and the needy have been well received by Buddhist believers and all walks of life, attracting many Buddhist believers from all over the world to come here to worship.

Every year on the eighth day of the fourth lunar month, a three-day temple fair is held here.

2. Subway: Take the subway to Jing'an Temple Station to reach Shanghai Jing'an Temple.
