I visited the 2025 Lantern Festival at Yu Garden.

The Lantern Festival at Yu Garden is really crowded.
Maybe because it operates until night, even crossing a single garden bridge was difficult 🥹

Actually, I wanted to see the tranquil side of Yu Garden, but I picked the wrong time...

Still, it was my first and probably last time seeing the colorful sculptures here, so I enjoyed it.

As far as I know, the Lantern Festival at Yu Garden is not happening right now, so if you want to see it, aim for next year!

There are many different restaurants inside Yu Garden, and we ordered a pancake, which was very delicious!!

When you enter Yu Garden, there’s HeyTea, so I recommend enjoying their refreshing drinks with your food!

Also, the straw dumplings are a signature of Yu Garden, so be sure to try them :)

💡Tip
- If the Lantern Festival is not happening, you must enter Yu Garden by 4:30 PM.
- If you can’t make it due to your schedule, enjoy the shops outside Yu Garden. It gives a similar vibe!
- You can buy tickets on-site or online :)
