🏠 Hotel: 28,268 yen per person (Grand Hyatt Shanghai 2 nights twin room, breakfast not included)

🐭 Disney: 22,882 yen per person (one-day ticket + early ticket + meals + goods & souvenirs)
🚃 Transportation: 800 yen per person (only used trains!)
