Social is the buffet restaurant at St. Regis Shanghai Jing’an Hotel, where lunch and dinner are served as a semi-buffet 🥳

Having stayed at St. Regis in Macau and Bali, I always had a great impression of their breakfast—excellent environment, food, and service! I didn’t expect the breakfast at St. Regis Shanghai Jing’an to be the worst among the three hotels this time 😓

The environment is nice, but the refinement of the dining tables does not live up to the St. Regis name at all!

There aren’t many food options, and the taste and refinement of the dishes are below standard; only the egg white omelet was acceptable.

A wonderful breakfast can add points to a hotel, but it’s a pity for such a beautiful hotel! 🥹
