#W Shanghai The Bund Fantasy Suite Unboxing

Last time I stayed one night at the Bund W in Shanghai, and it felt great.
The rooms with Bund views are nearly 50 square meters in size, with long floor-to-ceiling windows offering a direct view of the Bund.

This time on my Shanghai trip, the boss arranged another night’s stay, using a free night voucher from the Marriott credit card (redeemable for 50,000 points) to upgrade from a suite voucher to the Fantasy Suite (room rate about ¥2400).

The Fantasy Suite also faces the Bund, directly overlooking the Oriental Pearl Tower.
The space is nearly 100 square meters, and the living room is just as huge as the W suites I’ve stayed in before.

The bed is King size, perfect for rolling around many times.
The bath amenities are still from the Italian brand Davines, MOMO Ganlu series.

The 374 carefully designed rooms and suites embody the charm of old Shanghai while showcasing W’s trendy style.

When staying at W, don’t miss the Woo bar’s happy hour, the only one I’ve experienced so far that offers simple light snacks and desserts!
