It is the first Disney theme park in mainland China and the second in China (after Hong Kong Disneyland). It opened on June 16, 2016, as part of the Shanghai Disney Resort.

🏰 It features the world's largest Disney castle and the first castle to feature all the Disney Princesses.

🦥 Zootopia is the newest theme park, opening in late 2023 and the world's first Zootopia-themed theme park.

Main areas (Lands): Consisting of eight zones: Mickey Avenue, Gardens of Imagination, Fantasyland, Adventure Isle, Treasure Cove, Tomorrowland, Toy Story Land, and Zootopia.

🕰️ Opening Hours: Normally open from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM, but please check the official Disneyland website for exact times.

🚇 Transportation: Metro Line 11, Disney Resort Station.

⭐️Recommendation: If you're staying at a Disney-area hotel, there's usually a free shuttle service. No need to rush to catch a ride or miss the train when the park is about to close. The driver will contact you via WeChat to let you know where they're waiting, so you can just walk to the bus. Airport transfers are also available.
