This is a must-visit landmark, a huge hit with tourists. My first visit was impressive, and I could smell the aroma of coffee. They even showcase the roasting process, like a factory. They even pack and package the coffee, ready for sale.
This branch is always crowded, but there are always tables available.
The coffee is more expensive than regular coffee shops, and the desserts are plentiful and delicious. The cafe is comfortable, air-conditioned, and has two floors. The staff are friendly and fluent in English. The service is exceptionally good. A must-visit if you're in Shanghai.
