A dumpling restaurant that I found in a hurry at my hotel after my friend told me that she wanted to eat breakfast before going to Disney.
I searched for a place close to my hotel and went to Yang' Dumpling.
It's not the Xiaolongbao that my friend wanted to eat, but Shengjianbao, which is Xiaolongbao that is grilled once.
You can watch them make the dumplings in real time across from the cash register.
