How to get the best view of the Bund

There are few urban sights as breathtaking as the Bund in Shanghai, so here are a few tips on the best places to enjoy that view:

1) The captain. A cute rooftop bar that serve great cocktails and food. It’s small, so make sure to book ahead to get a great balcony seat.
2) Mr&Mrs Bund. Maybe my favourite fancy restaurant in the area (with the self proclaimed worlds greatest French toast!)
3) A ferry across the river. Don’t discount the amazing views you can get from the river. You don’t have to spend hundreds on a cruise either - hop on one of the ferry crossings for a few kuai and a lifetime of memories.
