Shangri-La Dukezong Ancient Town Tibetan Beauty

Stepping into the ancient city of Duke Zong, you feel like you have traveled through a time tunnel! Under your feet is a stone road that has been graduated for hundreds of years, and every step is like an echo of the story that has been on the Ancient Tea Horse Road for thousands of years. This place called "Moonlight City" is not commercial at all, surrounded by Tibetan wooden houses, very feel🥰!

Along the stone steps of the ancient city, we climbed up to Turtle Mountain Park (Address: near Jingtang, Shangri-La County, Yunnan Province, operating from 07:00-23:00 all year round). Go to the Kushan Great Buddha Temple on the top of the mountain (Address: No. 9, Lun Fire Gallery, Gukezong Ancient City, Jiantang Town).

The most shocking must be the prayer wheel (Address: Kushan Park, Shangri-La County, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, open all day long), super giant, to several people together to push to move! The ice-cold body, everyone works hard to rotate, the sincerity is very touching, it feels like doing a prayer ceremony together, super powerful💫.

Down the mountain, there is Moonlight Plaza (address: about 250 meters west of the intersection of Jinlong Street and Shambhala Avenue in Shangri-La, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, open all day all year round), with a super wide view of the snow-capped mountains in the distance. The solemnity I just felt at the prayer wheel immediately becomes very chill when I get to the square, it really cleanses the mind!
