Today felt like walking into a living painting 🎨 — a place where nature has been sculpting beauty for thousands of years. 🏔️💧

📍 Baishuitai (白水台) — tucked away in the mountains between Shangri-La and Lijiang, it’s not just a destination, it’s a feeling. The moment I arrived, the sound of water flowing gently down the creamy white terraces instantly calmed my heart. It’s hard to believe these natural limestone pools were created purely by mineral springs — no human touch, just pure nature’s art. 🌊🤍

Each step up the terraces felt like walking through clouds ☁️, each layer reflecting the sky in soft shades of blue and white. The water was so clear that it mirrored the world above, making me feel like I was standing between heaven and earth ✨🌈.

There were almost no crowds — just the sound of wind brushing through pine trees 🌲 and the distant bells of local cows grazing on the hills 🐮🔔. I sat there for a long time, just breathing in the mountain air, feeling time slow down.
