3-Day Shenyang Tour | A Complete Guide to Food, Fun, and Entertainment |||

|A One-Stop Guide to Food, Fun, and Entertainment|||. Finally made it to Shenyang for a trip, and these three days were absolutely amazing! Now, I’m sharing my travel guide with you all!

🏨 Accommodation:
The hotel I chose had a fantastic location—just a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station! It’s also close to Metro Lines 2 and 4, with multiple bus routes that can take you to all the major attractions. The hotel is fully equipped with amenities like a breakfast buffet, coffee bar, kids' play area, gym, 24-hour laundry room, and even pet-friendly rooms 🐾—so no worries if you’re traveling with pets! The rooms feature custom-made Simmons zero-pressure mattresses, designed ergonomically to relieve travel fatigue and ensure a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring.

🍱 Food:
• Xita Korean Food Street: After checking in and dropping off my luggage, my stomach was growling, so I headed straight to Xita for some Korean BBQ! It’s super close! The sizzling grilled meat wrapped in lettuce with kimchi and garlic was incredibly satisfying. Don’t miss the ginseng chicken soup—tender chicken in a rich, warming broth.
• Xiguan Food Street: This place is packed with local snacks. Must-tries include Ma’s Shaomai (steamed dumplings with thin wrappers and juicy fillings) and grilled chicken skewers—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and slathered in sauce. Perfect for snacking while strolling around!
• Zhongjie Pedestrian Street: Zhongjie Ice Cream is a must—their creamy "semi-liquid" dessert is sweet but not cloying. Also, try Laobian Dumplings, especially the pan-fried ones with crispy bottoms and juicy fillings.

🌟 Attractions:
• Day 1: Xita Korean Food Street → Zhongjie Pedestrian Street → Laobeishi Scenic Area
◦ After BBQ at Xita, explore the Korean-style alleys and pick up some snacks. Then head to Zhongjie Pedestrian Street for shopping and street food. At night, visit Laobeishi for dazzling lanterns and lively performances—a great way to experience Shenyang’s nightlife.
• Day 2: Shenyang Imperial Palace → Zhang Xueliang’s Former Residence (Marshal Zhang’s Mansion) → Liaoning Grand Theater
◦ Start the morning at Shenyang Imperial Palace, with its grand red walls and golden roofs—perfect for photos. In the afternoon, visit Marshal Zhang’s Mansion to learn about its unique blend of Chinese and Western architecture. End the day with a show at Liaoning Grand Theater.
• Day 3: Shenyang Museum → Xiaonan Church → Taiyuan Street Pedestrian Street
