It is adjacent to the Science Park and is about a 20-minute walk from Coast City. There are 3 hotels in the same building. There are many restaurants on the 8th floor of the apartment, and there is a foot massage place on the 2nd floor. There are convenience stores and coffee shops nearby, which is quite convenient.

I didn't notice it was a serviced apartment when I booked the room. The atmosphere was more like home/dormitory, spacious and comfortable. However, the basic facilities were complete, and you could borrow items if they were not enough. The shower room is the most satisfactory, it is clean and sanitary, the less satisfactory thing is the sound insulation of the door. The mattress is OK, but the pillow is a bit soft. Although you can call to borrow a pillow, I don't feel like getting up in the middle of the night...
