Some dishes are both affordable and delicious, such as the Putian Braised Noodles ($29), which has a salty, fresh and thick soup base, and ingredients include whole shrimps, clams, and dried squid. The noodles are chewy and the bowl is large enough, which is quite unique; the signature 100-second yellow croaker ($35), the fish meat is tender and sweet, and paired with the salty and fragrant soup, it is very cost-effective! The wine-cooked razor clams ($68) were plump, juicy and sweet. There were about 12 of them, so it was worth the money. The method of making the brown sugar glutinous rice cake was a bit special, with a lava brown sugar filling. It's worth a try.
