This was my first time at this hot pot chain, which specializes in grass carp. The wait was incredibly long during weekend dinner, and I waited over an hour before getting a table. The restaurant's decor is very upscale, with a ceiling design that reflects a distinctly Chinese style. The seating is spacious and comfortable, and the toppings are self-service, with free refills. The staff proactively helped, bringing in fresh ingredients like crispy grass carp fillets, handmade fish balls, and salt and pepper fish belly. The staff helped with everything, and the meat was fresh and tasty, but you do need to prepare your meal a bit more.
