Last weekend, I went to Shenzhen and visited the *Chaobuer Beef Hot Pot Self-service Food Stall* located near Yannan Metro Station. It is a popular restaurant in the area.

The decoration style of the whole store has a bit of the flavor of a food stall. Once you enter the store, it has an authentic nostalgic feel, and the spacious seating feels good.

At the same time, there are many choices of food, special authentic handmade cakes, homemade dessert area, and freshly cut yellow beef from the slaughterhouse, such as dragon, snowflake, and three-flowered toe. You can eat and drink as much as you want without any pressure. The freshly caught live seafood is very fresh and lively, and it bounces on the plate and keeps bouncing even after being covered for 30 minutes. It tastes sweet and refreshing when you put it in your mouth.

In addition, D's specialty dishes include Yantian rice rolls (there are oyster rice rolls, shrimp rice rolls, and beef rice rolls, all made to order), sea cucumber and tofu with abalone sauce (the sea cucumbers are very flavorful), various Chaoshan pickled foods, peach gum snow swallow (a special dessert with moderate sweetness, I ate several cups of it). The overall taste is pretty good.

The average price per person is not high. We booked it on Trip.com and chose the standard of HKD 148 per person. The price-performance ratio is good and it is worth a try.
