The Beautiful East and West Dapeng Peninsula in Shenzhen: Perfect for Weekend Hiking

The coastline of East and West Dapeng Peninsula is stunning. This was my first time trekking through the mountains to reach the seaside, and there were many unforgettable moments.

Driving to the Shenzhen seaside for a hike for the first time, especially on a weekend, was quite an adventure. Traffic restrictions, car flow, routes, and time were all challenges that tested our every desire. Due to the need to return on the same day and the lack of time, we only managed to hike one-third of the entire route. However, this did not stop us from appreciating the beauty of East and West Dapeng Peninsula in Shenzhen. Unlike other well-developed seaside resorts, there is no noise from crowds. If you have enough time, you can even enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset on the shore. It was a very special experience!
