I declare! Find the best pickled fish 🐟

As a fan of pickled fish, I have tried it all over Shenzhen and finally found this pickled fish that can satisfy my taste buds🤩! This is my own-expenses-paid visit to the restaurant, not an invitation or commercial configuration note. I came here three times to make sure the quality is stable before I dare to recommend it to everyone🥳!

👉🏻Figure 2: Store environment:
The decoration is elegant, with black, white and grey tones as the main colors, and green plants as embellishment;
The tables are spaced far apart and the dining environment is comfortable.

👉🏻Picture 3-4: Classic original pickled cabbage sea bass, not spicy (1-2 servings)
The soup base has just the right amount of water and oil, and it doesn’t feel too heavy when you look at it or eat it.
Seasoning> The sour taste is refreshing and prominent, and the fried garlic particles bring out the saltiness. The overall taste is rich but not overly salty. It is delicious even without being spicy!
Fish meat> The texture is soft and fresh, and the degree of maturity is just right. It is not the cheap taste of frozen fish!
Side dishes> Served with potato vermicelli, I added extra enoki mushrooms and vermicelli. I especially like the vermicelli, which is very soft and chewy, and absorbs the flavor of the soup base, which makes the taste more layered!

👉🏻Picture 5-6: Fried eggs with velvet antler mushroom
To be honest, I just ate the pickled fish and didn’t feel much about the other dishes 😂

👉🏻Picture 7-8: Fried crispy pork
Normal, I lost interest after eating a little bit🤣

👉🏻Picture 9: The chopstick holder is a peanut (sometimes a dried chili pepper)
Out of curiosity, I peeled it and there were really peanuts inside🥜

👉🏻Picture 10: Take away the rice bowl
It was so delicious... I was trying to quit eating starch, but I accidentally ate a whole bowl of rice because pickled fish tastes best with rice! You know 🥹

👉🏻Photo 11: Free ice powder dessert
After eating the rich-flavored Sichuan cuisine, have a bowl of refreshing and non-sweet ice jelly to give your taste buds a sense of balance.

👉🏻Figure 12: Paying the bill
The tea fee is ¥6 per person. Because I got a coupon for free-range eggs during a previous event, the average consumption per person is about ¥100, which is a good deal!

👉🏻Other sharing that I forgot to take photos of:
🏖️Facilities: There is a seasonal fruit buffet area, where you can eat heavy-flavored Sichuan cuisine with fresh fruits~ The tables are equipped with paper towels, wet wipes, and dental floss. Mints are placed at the cashier to refresh your breath, which is very considerate.
I have been here three times and I can objectively say that the restaurant staff are very kind and friendly. They will humbly ask for feedback from diners after each meal. Their service attitude is very good 👍🏻

👉🏻Overall:
It is enough to just eat the pickled fish here. I feel that there are not many other dishes to choose from, and the taste is not as amazing as the pickled fish. Just eating the pickled fish with rice, fruits, and desserts is already very full and satisfying 😆
