Haishan Park ➡️ Coastal Park ➡️ Lighthouse Library ➡️ Enshang Wetland Park
🚇Starting point: Metro Line 8, Haishan Station, Exit B
1️⃣Haishan Park (P2 - 3)
- Easy access: Just 5 minutes' walk from the subway station~
- Unique charm: This hidden gem features Gaudi-style mosaic architecture. The colorful sculptures🌈 seem to have stepped out of a fairy tale, with winding stairs and whimsical colorful castles🏰 complemented by lush greenery🌿, creating artistic light and shadow effects. Every photo captures a Barcelona-like atmosphere, creating an incredibly immersive experience😍
2️⃣Coastal Park
- Easy access: A few hundred meters' walk from Haishan Park.
- Stunning views: A coastal boardwalk stretching over ten kilometers follows the winding shoreline🌊, offering 180-degree spectacular sea views and vistas of Hong Kong's mountains across the water. Walking along the boardwalk, with waves crashing and sea breezes blowing, feels like stepping into a scene from "Our Little Sister"🎬. The giant octopus sculpture and lawn at Yantian Central Park are perfect for family activities👨👩👧. When tired, grab lunch at 📍Yihai City before continuing your journey~
3️⃣Lighthouse Library (Closed on Tuesdays)
- Location: Easy to find within Coastal Park.
- Soul harbor: Its pure white exterior adds a touch of cleanliness and romance to the seaside. Here, you can relax freely, read quietly📚, gaze at the sea, or simply daydream. It's like a close friend who knows how to soothe our inner restlessness, truly a spiritual harbor for urban dwellers~
4️⃣Enshang Reservoir
- Access: You can either hike from the subway station (30-60 minutes) or take the Shanhai Shuttle from Haishan Road Seaside Terminal (in front of Yating Seaview Hotel) directly to the reservoir entrance. Note that the last shuttle down the mountain departs at 17:30.
- Spectacular views: Nestled in Wutong Mountain, with a greenway surrounding the lake, it offers panoramic views of Yantian Port where mountains meet the sea. It's a must-visit spot. Compared to hiking or visiting the more distant Cloud Sea Park, this location is more family-friendly in terms of difficulty and time investment. The vast lawn is perfect for picnics, and the nearby Wutong Pavilion offers excellent viewing experiences. The 360-degree glass-enclosed cafe seamlessly connects with nature, making you feel like you're floating in the clouds☁, delivering an absolutely amazing experience~
