Shenzhen must eat Van Gogh atmosphere ~ Auvers🍽

This time I want to share with you a restaurant with a Van Gogh atmosphere ~ Auvers! This restaurant was founded in 2015 and is named after the Parisian town of Auvers-sur-Oise. It displays a unique artistic atmosphere and Van Gogh's works are often hung on the walls. There are only three branches in the world, in Sydney, Shenzhen and Australia. The chef team is very experienced and launches creative new products every six months! Hong Kong people must try it when they come to Shenzhen!
The decoration is natural and artistic, and the location is in the Joy City, 2 subway stations away from Futian Port~very convenient!
🥗 Fried Shrimp Avocado Salad
Fresh large shrimps have tender and chewy meat and are fragrant after being grilled. The salad is crisp and delicious, and paired with the homemade mustard sesame dressing, it has a spicy and flavorful taste.
🥐 AUVERS Smoked Pork Benedict
The signature dish is pork that is slow-cooked for 5 hours and has a tender texture. The croissants are crispy after being roasted and exude a rich butter aroma.
🥪 Mouthful of Beef Sandwich
The generous portion of Roman pastrami melts in your mouth and is rich in gravy. Paired with the crispy outside and soft inside sandwich, the taste is amazing!
🍜 Large Bacon Cream Seaweed Pasta
Creamy seaweed pasta is placed under the pile of bacon. The cream and seaweed have a special taste, full of salty fragrance. Add soy sauce and soft-boiled egg, it exudes a Japanese flavor.
🥞AUVERS Strawberry Pancake
The pink muffins are soft and dense. The sweet red bean filling and homemade strawberry jam are sweet but not greasy, a perfect check-in choice! 📸

Hong Kong residents can get a free ice cream by showing their ID card! There are five flavors in total. We chose Matcha Milk, Mango Milk and Cactus Milk. They are rich in milk flavor and delicious when paired with different flavors!
