【Shenzhen】Tao Tao Ju new store in King Glory Shopping Mall: first pilot of swimming seafood information

Tao Tao Ju is a famous shop in Guangzhou, most famous for its tea, and the latest branch opened in Jin Guang Hua Plaza, has added several new fish tanks, selling swimming seafood dishes, so immediately visited Shenzhen!

The dinner was quite crowded, with a consistent dinner menu on the menu, and dim sum for lunch and tea markets were also available!

I ordered all 6 dishes and were very precise:

Garlic and pepper stewed Roche shrimp: The shrimp is seasoned enough, each has shrimp paste
Stir-fried fresh bacon with chan pi: has a light chan pi flavour, $12 a piece is very cheap
Chilled sweet and sour pork: The crust is very crispy after a large amount of ice is shaken
Jelly lettuce pot: Very fresh Chinese lettuce, the center has a southern milk flavor
Egg yolk chicken fire fried rice: egg flavor, egg threads surround every grain of rice 🍚
Buffalo Milk Pineapple Bun: A very fresh attempt, the pineapple skin is hot and crispy enough, the buffalo milk can be thicker
