Shenzhen Must-Visit: Free Viewing of European Knight Armor

With a two-day holiday during the Dragon Boat Festival, long-distance travel might not be feasible, but a quick two-day trip to Shenzhen is more than enough. I visited the Nanshan Museum and was truly amazed by the development in mainland China!

The Nanshan Museum is currently hosting an exhibition called "Steel and Knights," showcasing European knight armor and introducing the culture of European knights. Seeing these authentic artifacts up close was truly awe-inspiring. The exhibits come with detailed information, making the experience even more enriching. Besides the European knight exhibition, the museum also features permanent exhibitions on Nanshan's history and Chinese culture, which are equally fascinating!

The exhibition space is impressively large, clean, and well-maintained. The collection is extensive, and the information provided is thorough. Best of all, admission is free! It's truly remarkable how museums in mainland China now rival those in Hong Kong!
