Shekou Prince Bay Hotel Stay Experience

The recently opened K11 ECOAST shopping mall in Shekou has made Prince Bay a hot topic among Hong Kong residents heading north for shopping. We decided to join the buzz and also took the opportunity to visit Shekou Sea World. We chose to stay for one night at the He Yi Zhishang Hotel near K11 ECOAST, mainly because of its convenient location—just a 2-minute walk from Exit B1 of Prince Bay Station on Metro Line 12.

The hotel is located within a commercial building, with the lobby on the first floor. The decor is practical and minimalist. The rooms are reasonably spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the basic amenities, clean and hygienic. There’s a refrigerator and drinking water provided, as well as a self-service laundry room. The view from the room mainly overlooks nearby office buildings and streets. The surrounding environment is quiet, and there’s a convenience store downstairs, making it easy to grab snacks and drinks.

In addition to the K11 ECOAST mall, the nearby Prince Bay Garden City commercial area offers plenty of options for shopping, dining 🛍🍜☕️, and entertainment. It’s also very convenient to visit Sea World. Overall, the weekend room rate of just over HKD 400 per night offers good value for money.
