We stepped into Zhongshuge and it felt less like entering a bookstore, more like walking into a dream built with books. Shelves curved like tunnels, mirrored ceilings stretched the space into something infinite, and soft lights wrapped every corner in a warm hush. It didn’t feel real at first like time had slipped into a more thoughtful rhythm. People moved slowly here, almost reverently, as if the space itself asked you to whisper. 📚🪞🌙

We found a reading nook shaped like a cocoon, and sat for a while surrounded by titles in every language, every subject.
