When French cuisine meets Taipei night market

Located in Futian District, Shenzhen, there is a reservation system that hides fine French cuisine
It is run by Taiwanese chef Chung who worked at a three-star French Michelin restaurant—La Marine and the entire team here is all-female 👩🏼🍳
The summer limited menu launched in this issue is a blend of seasonal ingredients
Taiwanese night market culture and French cuisine cooking techniques
You can feel a lot of little thoughts in the dish. It's really delicious💕
The restaurant is decorated as its name suggests. The skylights with extremely high ceilings are like a full moon
It makes people feel like they are under the moonlight. It's quite romantic🌙
