Airey Steakhouse boasts an elegant, retro-style interior. The spacious and comfortable dining room, with soft lighting, creates an ideal and romantic setting. A large wine cabinet is perfect for a candlelight dinner. Michelin-starred Chef CIN Chen oversees the cuisine, ensuring every dish is a visual and palate-pleasing feast, creating a romantic date spot.
The [Appetizer Bread] was incredibly textured, crispy yet soft, and paired with special butter, it was incredibly delicious. The [Prune, Fig, and Duck Liver Pâté with Brioche Bread] The thick, rich duck liver pâté perfectly complemented the sweet and tart prunes, and the fragrant brioche bread also added a touch of character.
We ordered two [Mojitos]. The refreshing mint and tart lime flavors were refreshing and invigorating, perfectly complementing the meal.
The [Blue Flag Tuna and Avocado Tartare] was incredibly fresh, and paired with the smooth avocado, it was a true delicacy. The tart lemon juice enhances the flavor, adding a fresh touch. [New Orleans Crab Cakes] The outer layer is lightly charred, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The tomato base makes the dish even more appetizing. [Special Mushroom Salad] A specially blended mushroom sauce, topped with seven varieties of mushrooms, creates a rich, fragrant mushroom flavor.
[Butter, Garlic, and Cheese-Baked Boston Lobster] The lobster is baked to perfection, and the cheese coating is grilled to a golden brown. The rich cheese enhances the dish, leaving the lobster meat with a chewy texture and a mouth-watering garlic flavor.
[Butter-Aged Australian Wagyu M5 Red House T-Bone] The Australian Wagyu M5 beef is incredibly tender and richly flavored. Every bite is a delight, no seasoning needed. [Signature Slow-Roasted Whole Cut Australian Grain-Fed Sirloin M5] This slow-roasted whole cut of sirloin steak is cooked to perfection, preserving the beef's original flavor and savory aroma. It's tender, juicy, and incredibly delicious.
For dessert, we chose two options, including the [72% Belgian Dark Chocolate Mousse]. This dessert wasn't overly sweet, and the rich chocolate flavor left every bite satisfying. Its smooth texture is a definite chocolate lover's favorite. The other option was the [Signature Basque Black Cheesecake]. This incredibly rich Basque black cheesecake, with its rich cheese flavor and creamy, smooth texture, is the perfect end to the meal.
The restaurant is offering a special deal for Hong Kong residents. The original price of NT$1,270 for two people is now NT$990 with a group buy. Present your Home Return Permit to receive a NT$100 discount, bringing the meal down to NT$890. Weekdays also offer a single lunch set for NT$118.
