The signature M9 snowflake wagyu beef is really top-notch, the meat is tender and juicy, melts in your mouth, and the moderate amount of oil adds to the aroma and richness of the meat. The snowflake wagyu and Australian fat beef are equally excellent, with a strong beef flavor.
