I rarely eat fish, but I can eat quite a lot of pickled fish. This time I found a pickled fish 📍Yuchuan that is less familiar to Hong Kong people
Although the appearance is gorgeous, the price is absolutely affordable.
The pickled fish is available as non-spicy, the anchovies are fresh, have no fishy smell and are very smooth. It's sour, perfect for eating with rice.
Kale, which is expensive in Hong Kong, can be eaten here for only $30.
It was so good that I ordered it twice.
