Mentai Park is a mentaiko-themed park operated by Kanefuku, a long-established mentaiko manufacturer.
It offers a variety of activities, including a factory tour where you can learn about mentaiko and see the manufacturing process, a direct sales store where you can purchase freshly made mentaiko and other mentaiko products, and a food corner where you can enjoy snacks made with mentaiko.
It also has a free kids' park and a terrace overlooking Lake Biwa, making it a popular spot for families and couples on weekends.

*The food court is open until 5:30 PM.
Factory hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
