Yamaguchi Strait Dream Tower

Surrounded by magnificent strait scenery, it was built in July 1996 and is the land landmark of the Kanmon Strait.
This observation tower is one of the tallest in western Japan. From the 143-meter-high observation deck, you can not only see Kyushu on the opposite bank, but also the Kanmon Strait and the open sea.

Next to the Dream Tower is the Shimonoseki International Convention Center, a commercial building that can hold international conferences. The center plays an important role as Shimonoseki's international trade base. #2024TravelReview
