Honda Shokudo is located a few minutes walk from Shimo-Suwa Station.

The exterior and interior of the restaurant were decorated for Christmas, creating a lovely atmosphere. ✨

Today's (12/18) lunch course ¥2100 including tax

◇Salad with snow trout, Chinese cabbage, apple, and celeriac
◇Halloween sweet soup from Kayano Okagesa Farm
◇Risotto with Suwa pork, Jerusalem artichoke, and pumpkin
◆Descente set (drink included) +¥700

Salad made with ingredients from Shinshu, such as snow trout
Soup with cardamom
Risotto with the texture of Jerusalem artichoke
Everything was elegant and delicious!

I added dessert, had cheesecake and coffee, and had a slightly luxurious lunch 🍽️
